What materials are used?
All artworks are printed on museum-quality matte paper and framed in black wood with a clean white mat.
The frames are crafted from responsibly sourced oak or ash, each with a natural wood grain that adds subtle character. The paper is archival, uncoated, and produced using FSC-certified materials or equivalent.
Each piece is carefully assembled and arrives ready to hang.
Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or incorrect. In such cases, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. We’ll either replace it at no extra cost or issue a refund if a replacement isn’t possible.
Which payment options can you use at checkout?
You can check out with major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. The process is designed to feel secure and smooth from start to finish.
Which sizes and framing options can you order?
You can choose from three sizes: A3, A2, and A1. Each artwork comes framed in a black wooden frame with a white mat, so your piece arrives ready to display.
Can I request a custom artwork or personalized piece?
Yes, I do accept custom artwork requests. If you’d like a piece tailored to a specific place, mood, or interior, please contact me with a few details about what you have in mind. I’ll let you know what’s possible and whether the request fits my current style and workflow.
How should I care for my framed print?
I recommend keeping your print away from direct sunlight, moisture, and harsh cleaning products. A soft, dry cloth is usually enough to gently remove dust from the frame. With simple care, your piece should keep its clean, quiet presence for years to come.
How long before your order goes into production?
Your poster is printed on demand and sent to production within 1–3 business days after you place the order. That short processing window helps keep each piece carefully prepared before it leaves for shipping.
How is shipping priced for your order?
Shipping is calculated at checkout using simple flat rates based on your region. Because every order is printed on demand, delivery times can vary a little depending on your location and the local courier.
Will I receive tracking information for my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package’s progress.
Will I need to pay customs or import fees on international orders?
If your order ships outside the country of production, customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees may apply depending on your destination. These charges are set by your local authorities and aren’t included in the item price or shipping cost. If you’re unsure, I suggest checking your country’s import rules before ordering.
How long does delivery usually take?
Delivery times depend on your location, but I’ll always share tracking once your order is on the way. Since each piece is printed on demand and shipped from the nearest available production route, some orders arrive faster than others. If you’re ordering for a specific date, I recommend allowing a little extra time.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because each order is made to order, I can only make changes or cancellations if production has not started yet. If you need to update your order, please contact me as soon as possible and I’ll do my best to help. Once production begins, I may no longer be able to adjust it.
