SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Sketchsy, each poster is printed on demand to ensure the highest quality. We partner with Gelato.com, a leading print-on-demand service, to fulfill your orders.
Processing Time:
Once your order is placed, it will be processed and sent to production within 1-3 business days. As each poster is custom-made, this time ensures your artwork is carefully printed and prepared for shipment.
Shipping Time:
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. On average, deliveries within the same region as the production facility take 3-7 business days, while international shipping may take 7-14 business days.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We are pleased to offer free shipping for orders over 300 EUR. Gelato’s extensive network of printing facilities worldwide helps keep shipping rates competitive for all other orders.
Tracking Information:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, allowing you to monitor your package’s journey until it reaches your doorstep.
Customs & Import Fees:
For international orders, please note that customs or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included in the shipping costs and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Delivery Issues:
If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as delays or damage during transit, please contact our support team. We’re here to assist you and ensure you receive your artwork in perfect condition.
OUR RETURN POLICY
Return & Refund Policy
At Sketchsy, we take pride in the quality of our custom digital art and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns:
Due to the custom nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. Each piece is made specifically for you, based on your unique preferences. However, if your item arrives damaged or there is an error with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your product. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds:
If your claim is approved due to a damaged or incorrect order, we’ll offer a replacement at no extra cost to you. In cases where a replacement isn’t possible, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Refund Process:
Once your claim is approved, refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process. We’ll notify you as soon as your refund has been issued.
Exceptions:
Please note that custom orders cannot be returned or refunded for reasons other than damage or an error on our part. Additionally, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for slight color variations between your screen and the printed product, as these are due to differences in monitor settings.
