Returns, Withdrawal and Refunds

Standard framed prints are made to order from our catalogue. Standard artwork, size and frame choices are not personalisation. For eligible EU consumer purchases, you may withdraw by notifying contact@sketchsy.art within 14 calendar days after delivery. You may use the withdrawal form below or any other clear statement. Send the goods back within 14 calendar days after your notice, following Sketchsy's return instructions. Do not send returns to Gelato.

You bear the direct return delivery cost for a change-of-mind withdrawal if we informed you of that cost responsibility before purchase. This does not apply to the costs of remedying faulty or incorrect goods. You are responsible only for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.

We reimburse the payments covered by the withdrawal, including standard outbound delivery, within 14 calendar days after notification, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence of their return, whichever occurs first. Extra costs for a premium delivery choice above standard delivery are not reimbursed.

For damaged, incorrect or defective goods, contact us promptly with your order number and, where possible, photos. We will provide the remedy required by applicable law, without charge where the law requires it. Prompt notification helps us investigate; it does not shorten statutory rights. Genuine consumer-specific or clearly personalised goods may have different withdrawal rights only where the legal exception applies and is disclosed before purchase.

Statutory Conformity Rights

Your statutory rights for goods that do not conform to the contract remain unaffected. Where Spanish consumer law applies to new goods, the statutory conformity guarantee is three years from delivery. Sketchsy does not offer a separate commercial warranty unless expressly stated. Ordinary screen-to-print variation does not remove your rights if the delivered goods are faulty or materially differ from their description.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Legal Jurisdiction:

This warranty disclaimer is governed by the laws of Spain, and any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with these laws.
